We all like to eat deep-fried things, especially if we’re Scottish. But scientists warn that eating things that have been soaked at length in hot fat may not be good for us. That’s where the Airfryer comes in. By rapidly moving hot air and using a grill element, it produces chips and other traditionally high-calorie treats with up to 80 per cent less fat content.
